2 Non Stick Frying Pans (you will one just for the fried bread, and the eggs)
1 Teflon or similar Spatula
1 Teflon or similar Fish Slice if required
Per person, allow:
2 sausages (can be beef, pork or boerewors)
2-3 rashers of bacon (streaky or back is good but shoulder works just as well)
2 flat mushrooms (the big black ones are best)
1-2 ripe tomatoes
1 – 2 large eggs
1 – 2 slices of bread (should be stale or few days old; can be white or brown)
Sunflower Cooking Oil (or similar) (not Olive Oil as it doesn’t cook eggs at a high enough temperature)
After 10 minutes increase heat to medium before cooking other ingredients
Don’t forget to add some seasoning and maybe a good squeeze of tomato ketchup, brown sauce,
Tasbasco or whatever you feel like.
